We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our apparel. Each product is carefully checked and packed before it is dispatched to ensure our customers receive the best. However, in the rare instance that you receive a wrong or damaged product, we are here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds may be requested and processed. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
We currently only accept return requests under the following two conditions:
1.Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
2.Damaged Product Delivered – If the product delivered is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size mismatch (if the size delivered matches the order), change of mind, color variation due to lighting, or personal preferences.
To be eligible for a return:
– You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
– The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
– You must provide photographic or video evidence of the issue (e.g., wrong item, visible damage) along with your request.
Any return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at: support@bornontrend.com
with the following details:
– Order ID
– Your full name and contact number
– Clear photos or video of the received product
– A brief explanation of the issue
2. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.
3. If your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Once your return is approved:
– You may be required to send the product back via a courier service suggested by us.
– In certain cases, we may arrange for a reverse pickup (subject to serviceability in your area).
– You must ship the item within 3 days of receiving return approval.
Returned items must be securely packed to prevent any further damage during transit.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will:
– Inspect it for the issue you reported.
– Ensure it is in unused and original condition with all packaging.
After verification, we will proceed with the refund. If the item is found to be used, washed, or tampered with, the return request will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Once your return is approved and the item passes inspection:
– Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., card, UPI, wallet) or via bank transfer in case of COD orders.
– Refund Time Frame: Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of return acceptance for the refund to reflect in your account.
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
– Products bought during a clearance or final sale
– Gift cards or promotional items
– Products returned without original tags or packaging
– Items that are used, worn, washed, or altered
– Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
– Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our return policy in case of any issues.

with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If a wrong or damaged product is received, please follow the return procedure. You may place a fresh order after your refund is processed.
In rare cases where a shipment is lost or damaged during transit:
– We will coordinate with our courier partners and conduct a thorough investigation.
– If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
