At Born on Trend, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition and within the promised timeline. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, charges, courier partners, order tracking, and other logistics-related details.
We currently deliver across India, covering most pin codes through our reliable courier partners. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will inform you via email or call, and we will issue a full refund for any prepaid order made for a non-serviceable location.
Once your order is confirmed, it typically goes through the following stages:
– Order Processing: 1–2 business days
– Dispatch to Courier Partner: Within 2 business days of order confirmation
– Shipping & Transit Time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
– Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Please note:
– Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.
– Shipping times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather delays, or regulatory restrictions.

We may offer free shipping promotions or minimum order value discounts from time to time. Keep an eye on our banners or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Once your order is shipped:
– You will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.
– You can also track your order in real-time on that email and/or. SMS and entering your Order ID or AWB number.
– If you do not receive tracking information within 4 days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your address. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases:
– For prepaid orders, a refund (excluding any applicable delivery fees) will be processed upon return.
– For COD orders, the order will be canceled.
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time, there may be delays due to:
– Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations
– Natural calamities or weather disruptions
– Public holidays, strikes, or lockdowns
– Unforeseen logistics or courier issues
We appreciate your patience in such scenarios and assure you that we will work with our partners to resolve any issues quickly.
If your package is:
– Damaged upon arrival: Please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at support@bornontrend.com
with photos of the package.
– Lost in transit: We will initiate an investigation with our courier partner. If confirmed lost, we will either re-ship the product (if available) or issue a full refund.
Changes to shipping address or order details can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer care team.
Once the order is dispatched, no modifications are allowed.
– COD is available on select pin codes and may have a small convenience charge.
– Customers must ensure the delivery address and mobile number are accurate.
– Orders placed using COD must be accepted upon delivery. Repeated non-acceptance may result in COD being disabled for your future orders.
All orders are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to protect your clothing items during transit. In case you find the package has been tampered with, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.
